The Sun Room was intended to be a chill painting of a cool sun room. I just got home from a month long artist residency in Portugal. Traveling is a passion of mine like painting is, and it always leaves me inspired to create when I return home. I wanted to manifest a life in Lisbon if you will, a home by the water. I always intended to have beings relaxing and enjoying themselves in the living room while my physical self contemplated on the ceiling. But it ended up being myself and my self’s contemplating on how to make my Portuguese dream a reality.
