From my series "Repair," inspired by the handmade blankets under which I lay as I recovered from a severe mental health crisis, working to weave together the fraying threads of my own nervous system. I hope to capture the layered complexity, the messiness, the texture, the tension, the beauty, and the joy that comes from intentional transformation and growth. I invite the viewer: consider the ways in which you are woven into your own layered communities and lineages, and what kind of intention and energy you bring to the fabric of your reality.
