Join DAG to celebrate Shayla Thornton’s exhibition “Solace by Way of Wonder” with this collaborative workshop! Hosts Shayla Thornton and DAG’s Artist in Residence Derrick Davis will guide participants in creating a unique collage with cherished images of themself and/or their community. The goal is to expand upon the idea of how we commemorate our memory’s beyond just putting pictures in a picture book/ pre designed scrap book.
